What is your return policy on used golf clubs?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your new club doesn't improve your game, you can return it for store credit, provided it has not sustained significant damage beyond normal 'demo' wear.
Do you offer custom club fitting services?
Yes, we offer custom loft, lie, and grip adjustments on select premium brands. Please specify your requirements in the 'Order Notes' at checkout or contact our custom shop directly.
How much does shipping cost for oversized golf bags?
Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $99. For heavy tour bags or travel cases, a small oversized handling fee may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
Are the golf balls sold on your site brand new?
We only sell brand-new, factory-sealed golf balls from authorized manufacturers. We do not sell refurbished or 'lake' balls unless explicitly stated in a specific 'Pre-Owned' clearance section.
